E-commerce available…….

In addition to expert knowledge and other relevant information about draught beer equipment appearing from our new website we are now also offering direct online buying.

Following market research Micro Matic has identified the trend of convenient buying behaviour: Easy and simple shopping at all hours of the day and night. At strategic level Micro Matic has decided to redefine the procedure and include the possibility of online shopping – and even more – we provide a personalized website for our customers with a detailed overview of prices, products, customer part numbers etc. matching exactly the customers requirements. In cooperation with Micro Matic the brewery can customize the website and extend with new features to match their exact business structure.

The combination of customised information and e-commerce ensures that the customer easy and simple can make their purchase orders without searching for information elsewhere. If the item number is already known, the customer just enters the number when shopping.

We have given absolute priority to user friendliness when designing our e-shop, ensuring easy and simple navigation and providing a good overview of our products.

Until further our website is available in Sweden, United Kingdom and the United States, but we are working intensely to expand this option to comprise all relevant markets.

New opportunities at Micro Matic’s website....

Micro Matic has designed a new website with a total new structure, content and layout. The site provides information about products and expert knowledge within the field of draught beer equipment, at the same time offering direct shopping over the Internet. Read more

The basic idea of this new website is to allow customers to benefit from our 40 years’ experience within this area. We should like to share our knowledge with our customers through technical articles within the area, and with the newly designed website the customers can choose exactly the products and knowledge they require.

In addition we intend to inform about our latest research and development, including regular update on product news, thus ensuring that our customers are well informed about the new dispensing technology.

In our web structure we have given high priority to offering local support to the regional markets. We wish to give our customers exactly such product information, market specifications etc. that are required for their specific markets. For years our local Service Centers have offered this kind of support to our customers' full satisfaction, and through our physical presence on the market we have been able to provide the expertise that is adjusted to individual requirements. Therefore we would like to continue and extend offering this support via our website.

Kenneth Birk Nielsen, e-commerce project manager says: “It is vital for our customers to find precise details about the products and conditions existing on the individual markets, and we intend to split up the market into all regions with individual needs. Right now the options are: United Kingdom, USA and the Nordic region. And more will come”.

When designing the new website we focused particularly on user friendliness, allowing easy and simple navigation.
